Step 1
Open the private workspace
Sign in to the account that owns the calculations. The export endpoint verifies both user and workspace membership before reading records.
Step 2
Download the calculation-history CSV
Choose Export CSV. The download includes recorded inputs, duty and fee components, warnings, data version, source context and snapshot-hash verification fields.
Step 3
Understand spreadsheet safety
Text values beginning with characters commonly interpreted as spreadsheet formulas are neutralized before export. This reduces formula-injection risk when a CSV is opened in spreadsheet software.
CSV remains a portable text format. Store it according to your organization’s access, retention and deletion requirements.
Step 4
Do not treat an old export as a current tariff result
An export is historical evidence. For a new shipment, run a new calculation with current date, value, transport, entry type, HMF and source-version facts.
